On a daily basis –

Doing what we love (Zone of Genuis) generates energy, creativity, and impact.
For activities that sap our energy, consider four options:
Jettison – Is it actually needed? Can my business do without it?
Hire – Does it make sense to hire for this work?
Outsource – Can I bring on transactional support to get the job done?
Training – Do my team or I need training to implement effectively?
